Liest nbytes aus einem Slob-Objekt. bid ist die
Objekt-Id eines existierenden Slob-Objekts und nbytes
ist die Anzahl der Bytes, die gelesen werden sollen. Bei Erfolg wird
der gelesene String zurückgegeben oder FALSE, falls ein Fehler
auftrat.
