xattr_get — Get an extended attribute
Descrierea
This function gets the value of an extended attribute of a file.
Atributele extinse au două spaţii de nume diferite: spaţiul de nume al utilizatorilor şi spaţiul de nume root. Spaţiul de nume al utilizatorilor e disponibil tuturor, în timp ce spaţiul de nume root este disponibil numai utilizatorilor cu privilegii de root. xattr operează implicit în spaţiul utilizatorilor, dar aceasta poate fi schimbat cu parametrul flags .

Supported xattr flags XATTR_DONTFOLLOW Do not follow the symbolic link but operate on symbolic link itself. XATTR_ROOT Set attribute in root (trusted) namespace. Requires root privileges.

Returns a string containing the value or FALSE if the attribute doesn't exist.
