Retrieves information about data types supported by the data source.
odbcODBC 连接对象，详见 odbc_connect()。
data_typeThe data type, which can be used to restrict the information to a single data type.
返回 ODBC 结果对象 或者在失败时返回 false。
The result set has the following columns:
