ImagickPixelIterator::getNextIteratorRow — pixel iterator の次の行を返す

pixel iterator の次の行を、pixel wands の配列として返します。
次の行を ImagickPixel オブジェクトの配列で返します。 エラー時には ImagickPixelIteratorException をスローします。
