TableUpdate::bind — update のクエリパラメータをバインドする
特定のプレースホルダーの値をバインドします。
placeholder_valuesプレースホルダーの名前、およびバインドする値です。 JSON の配列として定義されます。
TableUpdate オブジェクトを返します。
