realpath_cache_get — Получает записи из кеша realpath
У этой функции нет параметров.
Функция возвращает массив записей из кеша realpath. Ключи — записи исходных путей, а значения — массивы элементов данных, которые содержат путь, который разрешила функция, время жизни кеша и другие параметры, которые хранятся в кеше.

Note that the realpath cache is not used if either safe_mode is on or an open_basedir restriction is in effect.
This is having a huge performance effect, causing lots of calls to lstat.
