ReflectionClass::getReflectionConstants — Sınıf sabitlerini döndürür
Yansıtılan sabitleri döndürür.
filterSeçimlik düzgeç. İstenen sabitin görünürlüklerini süzmek için. ReflectionClassConstant sabitleri kullanılarak yapılandırılır ve tüm sabit görünürlükleri öntanımlanır.
ReflectionClassConstant nesnelerini içeren bir dizi döner.
